Terms and Conditions
All the Terms and Conditions shall apply to the contracts for the sale of Goods, and any variation are not accepted unless agreed by the seller.
The Buyer’s statutory rights as a consumer should be guaranteed all the time.
All orders for the goods shall be deemed to be an offer sent by the Buyer and are subject to acceptance by the seller. The seller should accept the order for any reason.
- Customer Obligations
By placing your order to OZEAL the customer confirm:
1 You should be aged 16 or over and are not registered blind or partially sighted.
2 You should provide a valid prescription which is prescribed within 2 years (or 1 year if you are aged 70 or over) by a qualified person and has the correct details.
3 You should make sure that all your info is absolutely correct, including address and contact details. We are not liable for any wrong info provided by you. - Conditions of Supply
We should make efforts to ensure that all orders are fulfilled. Make sure that all goods sale on site are subject to availability, and all the descriptions and photographs on the items advertised are accurate.
We should have absolute discretion on whether or not to accept your order, and ask for a new prescription based on the advice of our Dispensing Opticians.
- Prices and Payment
Prices here exclude any delivery charges. Also, we will use best endeavors to ensure the accuracy of our prices, but we reserve the right to alter prices without notice.
Payment must be made by the Customer at the time of ordering, and we currently accept PayPal only.
- Delivery and Carriage
We will always endeavor to deliver goods in the shortest possible time even the most complex prescriptions.
You should contact us if the goods are not delivered safely within a reasonable number of days; you will get a full refund or re-delivery if the non-delivery is caused by our fault.
- Return and Refund
You shall inspect the Goods as soon as the goods are received. When a claim of defect or damage is found you should first confirm the responsibility.
If it is our fault, you have the right to return the goods and receive a refund. If that happened, please contact us within 60 days. However, when damaged due to your fault, you are liable for the cost of remedying the damage.
- Force Majeure
Both parties are not liable for failure to perform the obligations if such failure is as a result of Acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, civil war.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction
All the Terms and Conditions shall be accordance with the law of England and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
- Your Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel the order from you ordering until 7 working days after delivery for all stock items. Any custom made items (prescription lenses or tints) must be cancelled within 24 hours from the order being placed and we will make a full refund within 1-2 working days. If the Order has already been shipped, the customer will need to package the items and send them back to us and we will make a full refund upon receiving the package.
