Delivery and Returns
- Delivery To UK
Single vision prescription glasses: The simple pair of Single Vision lens into a full rimmed frame, we need 3-5 working days to manufacture form receipt of your order (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Bank holidays), and takes between 2-3 days from despatch for delivery.
Complex Prescriptions glasses: 10 working days are guaranteed even if your order Rimless Frames, Bifocal and Varifocal lenses or more complex requirements for coatings and tints.
We will send a confirmation email to you after you place an order. If you have not received it, please check the Bulk or Spam folders of your email inbox, for the email might be filtered there by mistake caused by your spam blocking features.
Our standard delivery (Royal Mail) to anywhere in the UK is £3.95.
You will be notified by email once your orders are despatched.
If your orders are not safely delivered within 15 working days after the notification of dispatch, please contact us and we will resolve this as quickly as possible for you. Customers should promptly inspect goods delivered to them in order to ensure they are as expected. The choice of a full refund or re-delivery is offered for the non-delivery caused by the mistake of either OZEAL or our courier.
- International Delivery
As well as UK, we offer delivery to over 20 countries , including: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, USA.
Always 5-10 working days are required for the international delivery which mostly depends on residence of your country. And more complex lens combinations or complex requirement will take longer. 28 working days will be the time limit of all orders delivered.

We offer International delivery to above countries for £14.9.

- Return for Orders to UK
We try our best to ensure that you are happy with your purchases guaranteed by correct frames, lenses and prescription. However, problems may occasionally occur.
If you want return, exchange or refund your order for any reason, providing that the following conditions are met:
You must notify and send your ordered glasses back to us within 60 days on receiving your order.
All returned glasses must be in their original condition and all accessories should be included.
We accept no liability for the loss of the package in post.
If you wish to return a product please contact us with your order number.
We will generate and send you a Royal Mail Freepost Tag and the return form via e-mail. You need to print and stick them onto the package you want to return. Then send it back to us from local post office. You will be free of charge on postage fee.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail once we receive the returned package. We will send the exchanged glasses or refund the money to you within 24 hours.
- International Return
We appreciate that orders to international addresses may take slightly longer to reach you, therefore we will accept returns provided you contact us within 60 days of your order being despatched.
Your returned glasses should reach us no later than a further 15 days from notifying us. Returns must be in their original condition and all accessories included.
Internation postage fees of your order will not be refunded.
Any postage fees incurred for returning glasses to us will need to be covered by the sender.
We accept no liability for the loss of the package in post.
